Does the lemon law include a new replacement engine with a warranty in a vehicle?

My husband had bought a work truck from the city.  Since he's had it I think he has replaced the
engine around 5 times with a new one that of course includes a warranty.  Does the lemon law
cover replacement engines?

Under the lemon law, the whole car is suppose to be replace with another one or a full refund is issued.

It is a little late to say this now but if your husband had used Jasper Engines he would have gotten a quality rebuild and they would have paid for the labor if it went bad in the warranty period. It is not always wise to buy on price alone.
I'm afraid there is no lemon law that will help you on this one. Sorry.
