can an ex spouse be removed from a military annuities once they have already named you the beneficiary?

My ex husband retired in 2000. I was already named beneficiary on his retirement. We divorced 2004 and we had to go to court just recently because he never settled the retirement then. We had a QDRO done which has him giving me a monthly amount but nothing was said about me still being a beneificary. I am wondering with this type of retirement if for some reason I can not be removed?

That depends on how long you were married to him during his military career.
