Can I heat an outside chicken coop with an underground heating system?

I want to install an underground piping system symilar to a radiant floor heating system under my chicken coops. Can this be done? And how is it done? Anyone know of any websites that might have information on this?

Good god do you have like super fancy chickens from a tropical climate or somethin.  they could probably handle cold anyway) Do you live in Siberia?  A non drafty but ventilated coop thats not to large would keep them comfortable enough.  Upping the food intake is enough for them.  Supplementing the lighting is good for egg production but heating?  I don't know about that.  As long as it can't catch fire why not.  If ya got money to burn.  Ya know you can but galvanized steel heaters to put under the galvanized steel waterer right?

I don't now any web sites but the closer the pipes are to the surface the warmer the ground will be.
