What did Raw get out of the Big Show trade in 2002?

I can never figure it out and why did dvon go to raw when he obvisiously wasn't part of the trade? Or was he?

the benefit was they got rid of the big show

He was just traded because Bischoff did not like him, they might have gotten Spike Dudley, but what I am not too sure

Well I know big show went and boxed for a while. That why I bet you anything they had mayweather jump in the ring. This will most likely turn into a Wrestlemania match.
