I like to use http://www.accuconference.com/ they are not free but they only charge you when you use it and they have no monthly sign up. They are reliable and have great service.

I like Skype. It is free if each one has the software installed and cheap if they do not. You will also be able to see a picture of the person to whom you are speaking./
