Can I donate a car to a person in Arizona?

We'd like to donate a car to a specific person in Arizona (versus a charity).  Does anyone know if this is possible (i.e., does Arizona allow for this?).

It is yours! Give it away but I would suggesting writing a bill of sale, selling the car : AS is and put a value on the car. Something as value. If not the dmv will put their value on it and that is what they will pay taxes on. All states vary, so just call to be sure. You don't need to know kbb because no one can dictate your selling price.

Sign the back of title and write up a "gift" bill of sale and that should suffice. Check with the arizona DMV to be sure.

Many or most states do not require a notary.
