Can I Call the IRS to get my fathers income tax?

I got into a huge fight with my father and i really need his income tax for 2009( for my school). Is it possible for me to call them and ask for it without his permission?

By law, tax information is private.  If he doesn't want to supply his return, there is nothing you can do.
