What can i be for halloween that involves colourful eye makeup?

I don't know what to be for halloween but i want to wear lots of colourful and glittery eye makeup. It went through my mind to be a neon fairy but i'm not sure.... Any other ideas?

you could be a butterfly! Or you could be a witch with loads of pink and purple eyeshadow and glitter, or green! Rainbow Brite then you can wear every colour eyemakeup....you could do the rainbow shadow. Last year I was a dead raver, I had neon eyeashes and eyeshadow on looks good when you make your face white too!

Drag queens wear a ton of glittery eye make-up.  I am assuming you are female, but it would be kind of funny for you to be a woman dressed as a man who's dressed as a woman.
