How should i do my makeup for homecoming?

I know its a still a bit away, but i've already got my dress and hair planned, and its bugging me that i don't know how to do my makeup! I think i might want like a bright lip color but I'm not sure..
so I have darkish, blue-green eyes, fair skin and blonde hair, and my hairstyle is going to be like a rolled bun type thing. my dress is dark blue halter strap with sparkly flower designs on it.
