Can we get cosmetic surgery while in Delayed Entry Program?

yeah you can do what ever you want in DEP. you're not part of the military and not subject to military law. However, until you ship out to boot camp, all your medical expenses are paid by you and not the military. Also depending on the cosmetic surgery, it may prevent you from going into the service so better check to make sure it wont hinder you from going in.

Nope, not without effecting your enlistment.

You would have to go back to MEPS, to be processed physically all over again.
