Is cosmetic surgery, for eg liposuction or tummy tuck the quickest and easiest way to lose the weight?? I know alot of the stars like kirstie alley who have lost and gained weight have resorted to it and have given up losing it again.

Few things to consider. Life style changes are the best way to lose weight. The considerations with liposuction etc are multi-fold. For one, if you don't change your eating habits, the fat will again accumulate and the weight will come back. Gastric bypass is different. That does work in some because it limits how much you are capable of eating. Liposuction has been shown however to improve levels of cholesterol, glucose and insulin regulation. I still tend to think losing it naturally is better....and diet and exercise is the best regulator of the above mentioned biocompounds.

Hi,
I don't like the idea about surgery, but it is me. I prefer to exercise and to try to follow health nutrition (cut bad foods and eat only foods that burn fat). Of course from time to time I eat some not good foods but I take cate this to happen very rarely.

Surgery would be the quickest, but I dont know that its worth it. In the end you will gain it all back, you havent trained your body to change. If you eat right and work out, you will develop a healthy lifestyle that will help you keep the weight off. If you lose a lot of weight and you have lots of extra skin, then you might want to consider a tummy tuck. I think that for liposuction they can only take 10% at a time, thats only 10lbs for every 100 you weigh. Is it worth the pain for 20lbs? I wouldnt think so. If you need to lose to much, 100lbs or more, you will have to lose it on your own first, they wont do lipo for that. I think that the hard way is the only way to be successful. Good Luck
