male yeast infection?

ok so i had sex with this girl (unprotected) and then i had this redness on the underside of my foreskin... that went down after a few days then when i masturbated i had this flakey white skin on the tip of my penis

is that a male yeast infection? or something else.. and it was 10 days ago should i go tothe doctors and am i in danger for leaving it this long. and if it is a male yeast infection are they serious or dangerous or is whatever else it could be dangerous

This is not a yeast Infection.
It sounds like you are just real dry.
Use some olive oil, baby oil. a masturbate it this way.
What you need is to keep in some what moist when masturbating.
to avoid dryness,
If for any reason this continue seek medical attention, at once.

Yeast infection or thrush is very itchy and this doesn't sound like it so see your doctor. Good luck
