Infrindgement of Intellectual property rights?

0 votes
Lawry’s Prime Rib Restaurant. Lawry’s -we all known as the trademark. Lets say (Mrs. Jones) really liked the dish "creamed spinach" and wantedto make her own. She recreated a recipe that tasted just like the dish from Lawry’s. Mrs. Jones began marketing her dish as “Better than Lawry’s”. Discuss whether Lawry’s has a strong or weak case against Mrs. Jones for infringement on any intellectual property rights?
