I want to make the cream of corn dish like they do at Lawry's Prime Rib restaurant. It taste so good and i want to try to make it at home. I looked up the recipe online but i had a question on what "whipping cream" was and which to use. What type do they use at the restaurant? If i can't get the exact type they use at the restaurant what type can i use as a good substitute. Thanks

You mix some crushed eggs and milk.add some sugar and some icing and powder milk.vinegar and a little. Olive oil.this mixture will give you a Bette taste than what you have in the restaurants.

Heavy cream or they'll call it fresh cream.  You can substitute half and half in a pinch, it will work just as well.
