10lb Beef Round Tip- Recipe Ideas?

I do not want to roast this piece of meat as it is not going to be as good as prime rib.

I am looking a slow cooker or a braising recipe. You do not need to post the exact recipe just give me some ideas to google for.

I can also take it apart and chop it up but i dont know what to do with it from there.
