im thinking of making prime rib..how can i tell when its done..i like it a little rare but not to uncooked?

any good recipes for seasoning it and side dishes would be great

usually i cook according to my own recipes but id like to try something different

Meat thermometer around 150-155, will be med to rare. Use some kind of a greek seasoning rub on it.

honestly i dont think prime rib can be too rare, ohhh hooo it tastes so good... if its warm it done.
