Difficulty in booking Aakash UbiSlate Tablet....help...?

Hi..I was trying to prebook the commercial version of Aakash Tablet,even I booked one from the website.Then website showed that THANX FOR BOOKING.A CONFIRMATIONAL MAIL HAS BEEN SENT WITH BOOKING ID.Actually I have not got any mail and in my spam folder of my email account,there is a mail showing that faliure of sending a mail to the Ubislate company.Is there anyone who booked this tab and got that mail with booking ID? Have anyone facing this kinda problem? Anyone have solutions???????

Hi ibs remedy,

i had booked aakash 2,rather prebooked it on 21,Dec,2011. And i got the email and booking id at the same time through an email. But,the only catch is they have not mentioned any date for delivery ( as many people are saying it would be around late January 2012). It also mentions that this id should be used for future reference.

On the same day another one of my friend preebooked it simultaneously along with me and has got a similar booking id ,without any delivery date.

i guess you can just wait and hope for the best.

at this point of time the two sites:

www.aakashtablet.com and www.akashtablet.com are showing two different delivery dates.

the worst thing is that there toll free no. is not working.

HI Again,
i just had a chat on there toll free no.
and they said that aakash2 would be delivered in feb or march, only after the official launch.
