Is this a cat skin rash?

My cat has a small place on her belly, right around her nipple where there is no hair. It looks almost like a scab. She hasn't been scratching it, and I was picking at it (yes I washed my hands after) and it didn't seem to hurt her or anything. Under the scab, its like really pink skin. I'm wondering what this could possibly be.

I am taking her to the vet on Monday, just wondered if you had any experiences or ideas of what this could be.

Oh, and my other cat had a scab thing on his back. It just felt like a mosquito bite or something so I wasn't concerned but now I'm wondering could it be related?
